HATSYS Hatvalve sequental valve control device provides independent control of each eye in the mold. It provides balanced filling of plastic parts with non-symmetric geometry or variable geometry mold eyes. The valve of each eye can be opened and closed independently of each other according to the injection screw position or the eye pressure in the mold. Balanced flow in each mold eye prevents overfilling and burrs.
