HRC-F2 series devices control the temperature of 2 separate compartments from a single card. We can see the set and running temperatures of 2 separate zones on a single screen and control each zone separately. This system, which saves space in the factory, is both very useful and economical in multi-compartment hot runner applications.
The LED screen is applied and all parameters are visible on a single screen. It has an easy and simple use.
The transition between automatic and manual use is done with a single button. It is PID controlled, has AT Autotuning function and Soft Start output feature.
While the Soft start feature is active, the temperature increases by 1% per second up to 50%. It remains at 50% until it reaches 100 C. Then it goes to the desired temperature. This function prevents the resistance from being damaged due to moisture.

Device Functions
There are 4 main control modes;
Normal (Automatic PID) mode; The device automatically reaches the temperature we set by calculating the device parameters. Manual Mode; When the thermocouple is damaged in the heater, the operation continues by entering the percentage value manually in this mode. Optionally, it allows operation without a thermocouple.
Stand by mode; Standby Mode, without changing the temperature degree we set, allows us to reduce the temperatures of the resistances to the desired degree for a certain period of time and wait for the desired time. After the set time, it automatically continues to operate at the set value.
AT (PID Auto Tune) Mode; Generally, the AT function is executed only when the PID factory setting system requirements cannot be met. After the automatic adjustment is completed, the optimum PID value is saved and the control returns to normal (automatic PID) mode.
