Hot Half Systems

All elements of the Hot Half system (manifolds, nozzles, various electrical connections, protective and connection plates) except the shaping plates are produced by experienced specialists. All electrical components of the system, valves and actuators of hydraulic and pneumatic systems are subjected to a series of tests.

After careful testing and assembly, the system is delivered to the Customer, after which the Customer only needs to install the system into the mold. Our company takes full responsibility for the GCS assembly, ensuring that the connection is correct and works properly before sending it to the Customer.
