Flexible Heaters

It is the most advanced technological solution for heating the injection manifold. The square section of the resistor, which has the feature of resistance, provides a very high level of heat transfer. It is very easy to install. No fixing is required for the resistor to sit. Simply open a square sectioned socket and press the resistor into this socket. Square section resistors guarantee heat transfer by fixing it to the socket and contacting the resistor from 3 surfaces.

  • Section surfaces tolerance: ± 0.15 mm

  • Length tolerance: ± 5 mm for lengths up to 250 mm

  • and ± 2 mm for lengths longer than 250 mm. The length of the non-heated part is ± 5 mm at each end of the resistor

  • Power tolerance: ± 5% / -10%

  • Electric power: 1500 V

  • Electrical insulation cold conditions 1000 VDC: >10 MΩ

  • Current leakage cold conditions: <0.1A

  • Insulation hot conditions: 500 VDC: >10 MΩ, maximum operating temperature (outer plate): 750 ˚C

  • Plate material: AISI stainless steel

  • Minimum bending radius according to the resistor axis, 6X6mm section: 15 mm

  • Section surfaces tolerance: ± 0.15 mm

  • Important: The non-heated (round) part at both ends should not be bent.
